Leo has been a general contractor since 2008, bringing over 15 years of industry experience to every project. Before contracting, he worked with State Farm Insurance Agents, gaining valuable knowledge about proper home insurance coverage. Married to his beautiful wife Ashley since 2012, Leo & Ashley are proud parents of two sets of athletic, loving and outgoing twins: Skyler, Tristan, Liam, and Judah. As a social family, they are surrounded by friends and loved ones, and Leo draws on his rich experience to help customers navigate storm restoration with care and expertise. 

A little bit about Chris is that he is a blessed husband to his wonderful wife Ashton, and blessed father to three amazing children, Natalie, Josalyn, and Isabella. His pastimes include spending time with family, worshipping, watching sports, and playing golf. He expresses that the biggest things he would like to be known for is, loving his family, loving people, and loving his Lord Jesus.

Chris is a founder and partner for Vanguard. He has been a business owner and entrepreneur since 2006, and has been in the construction and restoration industry since 2014. He loves that within this business and industry, he is able to help out his neighbors and community in three main ways. One, being able to provide high quality and trustworthy storm restoration services for fellow homeowners. Two, being able to offer employment for his fellow man to provide for themselves and their families within a company known for being dependable, stable, and people-first. And three, showing that even in the business world biblical values can and should be present in all we strive to do.

 With over 10 years of experience in storm restoration and contracting, Aldo has progressed from hands-on construction to managing large-scale projects. His dedication lies in ensuring homeowners receive fair compensation for their storm restoration needs, always aiming for quality and fairness. Outside of work, Aldo enjoys playing and watching sports, going to the gym, and spending quality time with friends and family. His commitment to excellence makes him an invaluable part of the Vanguard team. 

 Sean, standing tall in both stature and spirit, lost his eye at a young age, but that hasn't diminished his drive or determination. As the project manager for the company, he leads with courage and resilience, inspiring and encouraging the entire team through his unwavering commitment and positive attitude, despite his handicap. His ability to overcome challenges and lead by example makes him a vital part of the company’s success. 

Jeff is happily married to his wife Wendy, with whom he shares a beautiful son, Wyatt, who stays active playing both soccer and baseball. Jeff proudly served in the US Marine Corps and worked as a firefighter before transitioning into contracting. In recent years, he has honed his expertise in the field, applying a "serve first" mentality to his work. Dedicated to delivering value and support to the communities he serves, Jeff always strives to make a positive impact. Isaac brings over 15 years of sales experience in tech and telecommunications to the storm restoration industry. Now a key part of the Vanguard team, he is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs.
